Return shipping paid by customer, even if they send you the wrong/faulty items.
If they deem nothing is wrong with the item they will send the item back and make you pay for shipping back as well.
@shoescheng: No actually it's not fair if the item you send is wrong or faulty. It's illegal under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to return a product if you believe that there is a problem. You are generally responsible for returning the product if it can be posted or easily returned. You are entitled to recover reasonable postage or transportation costs from the business if the product is confirmed to have a problem, so keep your receipts.

The returns policy now reads:
WholesaleWin reserves the right to charge the handling fee for all returned products.

If we send wrong item to you or the item you received has quality problem, then you can return it to us. You should report the problem in 3 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when returning to us.
When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra cost. You will be responsible for the returning shipping fee.
It seems to me that charging a handling fee for wrong or damaged goods is illegal.
It also seems to me that making the customer responsible for the return shipping fee is also illegal.
But it's not what I think that counts. It's what the ACCC thinks that counts. Anyone reading this thread or your website can report the returns policy to the ACCC, and it would then be up to the ACCC to decide what (if any) enforcement action they wanted to take.

Been better to label them as leather look and come on…….nothing is "wear-resistant"
