My business has a bit of money, and i have always wanted to buy properties to keep as rentals. With no goal to sell the properties, just to keep them as rentals.
Does anyone recommend any books? Most i am finding are targeted to individual property investors, not actually a business with rental properties.
I would like a book that covers as much as possible and for Australia. Something that covers taxes, expenses, guides and tips, best practices and more.

yeah i have been doing a lot of googling, but it a bit all over the place. there is no single point that is nice and clear. And some sites say one thing, while another site may say something slightly different. And then you get the whole issue of content that is 10 or so years old.

At the top of a Google search results page, just below the search field, there's a heading that says "Search Tools". Click on that, then select the "Any Time" heading that pops up. Then, select "Past Year". You'll now only see pages that are less than a year old. There are other options, too.
If you use a mobile phone, these options may be somewhere else, or not appear at all - I don't know because I dislike browsing on a phone.

You probably won't find one - because while individuals might turn to books, publishers and authors (reasonably) expect businesses to obtain professional advice, and so not need books, meaning there isn't a market.
Google. Not google for the book but use google for the info you need.
Google, forums, Youtube, maybe reddit.
