Recently, have been trying to sell a Samsung galaxy S10+ on Gumtree and the ad get deleted or delayed everytime I tried to post and ad. I have already sold over 10 items but until now I had no issue. I've tried looking up any contact details two days ago with no avail. Only a chat that never is not busy and still radio silence on the email. Even with sending them tweets I can't get a response apart from contacting their CS team. Does anyone know of a number to call or anything else I can do?
Your've gone on the contact us link and done that. Maybe multiple items of the same is the issue. You can only put in the 1 adv of the same item at a time I thought.
Heh I just refreshed the same item. Exact same photos but diff everything else and got it sold due to this

Are you on VPN? Mine got blocked once because of that. You have to be in Australia.
Try posting in business hours. I had a run where posting stuff at 11pm was delayed for review for day or two, but if you posted at 11am it was fine and posted straight away…

Posted before about no being able to sell my phone on Gumtree and after getting Stonewall by Gumtree support, I now can't access my account! has this happened to anyone else? I have successfully sold many phones and electronics though Gumtree with no issue until now, and now i can't contact them with any other means other than contacting their crappy support team again. I've reached out to them though Facebook and twitter and just waiting on a response. Now i'm not sure what to do next now? I've been now listing it on Facebook marketplace and Ozbargain classified, but if anyone can suggest any other sites with sight traffic that would be helpful,

I think there's a new company called ebay or something that's gaining popularity.
eBay has more traffic than Gumtree but there are fees. It's really good if they still have the list for free/$1 promotions, especially if you're selling a phone…
Other than that, there's FB Marketplace (not sure how popular this platform is..), Carousell (although probably not a viable option for selling phones..)
@payton: Going by their posting history, it looks like by using the OzBargain Classifieds as Gumtree …
Think those on Gumtree who haven't launder their cash well are in for a ATO shock this year according to some sources .
better stop marking items as Sold in Gumtree and delete listings =)
I just posted an ad earlier today so not gumtree.
The thing is it's a bit laggy sometimes like I would send a message to somebody and it won't show up on my chat logs until a couple of minutes. That's all I can think of gl mate.
