We both have a certain amount for personal spending. Mine goes into an account and I save it up for things I like. She regular spends hers and more (not that I have a problem with that). So if I was to buy this set, I'd just tell her I've saved up some coin and bought it. It is a bit down on my list. I'd like to get a audio system or soundbar for the telly first.

As suspected I received a Chinese fake that says Star WarT and no mention of Lego. It's some junk 1000pc set. The seller is just playing the paypal game but I'll get the scammer eventually

Got my $$ from Paypal so other than the inconvenience of shipping back etc, all good. They had even provided a fake return shipping address in China which of course will never track as delivered but I had already flagged it with Paypal and they said as long as you have a photo of the package with that address and barcode etc they'll refund me anyway. I also just checked the link and they've already disappeared. I'm sure they've popped up under a different name.
