meh, 6 hr SP campaign only. I'm all for extended playthrus and long games, don't bother with short COD-style thrillers like this anymore. Fallout NV - 40 hrs into the game and still going hard for a month now. Granted, it is probably a thrilling 6 hours but I think i'm too old for that kind of fast paced, hyperspeed gameplay(tends to give me eyestrain).

Ditto. I seem to rarely finish games that don't have split screen co-op or aren't a sandbox/open world game (Mafia 2, inFamous and Burnout Paradise being the only single player games I have finished in recent memory).
However, I quite enjoyed the Vanquish demo and could get into it so I think I'll stand a good chance at finishing this… and maybe getting the platinum.

Got my copy in the mail… sadly, it looks like a reasonably looked after second hand copy. Box is definitely smudged and scratched, you can tell that a price tag use to be stuck on it, it was not wrapped in official PS3 game plastic wrapping and the manual is creased…. but the disc is in good condition at least.
Most disappointingly, it did not have the snazzy holographic 3D cardboard enclosure :-(
Could've been a new copy they had on display at a physical GAME store?
If it is they really didn't take good care of the case or the manual. For something brand new, even from a store, I would have expected better.
Got mine today…same here I think it is a second hand copy and no xbox seal on the box. Checking on the GAME website, unlike EB Games, they don’t state whether the game is new or 2nd hand so I guess that’s fair enough, but personally would never buy games from them again. Good price for the game though, but I would rather spend a few dollars more to buy it from UK for a brand new copy.
I got mine today, 360 version, fully sealed and came with the holographic cardboard enclosure.
This actually makes me feel them more doggy. Same price charged for everyone here but some people received brand new while some got second hand (plus no holographic cardboard)? For me I cannot agree the way they do business. Anyway I am glad to hear that some people did receive brand new copies, though this is not my case.

My PS3 copy came today. Not sealed, but cardboard holographic cover, manual looks new, disc looks new. Can't confirm if it is new or second hand, but if second hand, in very good condition.

I'm guessing it's pot luck whether you get a copy that has been on a shelf before of sealed stock. Either way I'm thinking they are all new copies.
I'll happily pay $18 for a copy after someone's finished the 6 hour campaign.
