        Contacted live chat and got $5 courtsey credit. The sharpies are actually in stock now but support says the order details don't match and it was ordered from AU Amazon etc etc so gave up and accepted this.

            @doweyy: Yep. Had to organise the credit over live chat. Still had a go at them about cancelling the order when they are still in stock. They just said we purchased through Amazon AU and the items in stock are with Amazon US.
