  No, but what you can do is recharge with the $150 365 day plan before the 28 days are up.
  
  While the bonus data doesn't roll over, the standard data does for 28 days.
  
  This means that the 80GB you get on the 365 day plan only starts 28 days in meaning you get 7.28GB per month in the remaining 11 months rather than 6.67GB over 12 months…
