Is the Wikipedia article correct that this game has been in development since 2012, charging for closed alpha since 2016, and charging for closed beta access since 2017? AND there's no actual release date?
There's also mention of them abusing YouTube's DMCA system to remove anything negative about the game.
Edit: It also looks like the developer has never released any other title, and their entire site seems to be a single webpage (at least on mobile). The largest piece of content on it is the job listing for a level designer and programmer.
Still worth the price of admission. I've got my money's worth, alpha/beta or otherwise.

Yes I thought they seemed a bit sus too, but the game has been out for a while and is a lot of fun. They have proven themselves to be pretty trustworthy.
Apparently the devs built Russian FPS mobile games, web games etc, mostly under contract (not their own IPs) and this is the biggest game built from their own ideas. So up and coming. They are very passionate about this game. Also got my monies worth, and can confirm the game is still on track to being finished.

Good looking game but $20 AUD maximum for the basic edition for me.
Honestly I can wait a long time when it is $10 AUD or free when it is fully developed and has years of content and progress behind it.

With all the bugs, stuttering, bullshit (though relatively infrequent) hacking and bullshittery that goes on in this game it is STILL THE MOST OUTSTANDING AND TERRIFYING FPS I have ever played and I am absolutely absorbed in everything about it.
It has a long and steep learning curve, nothing gets handed to you and you will question why you even bother with it on many occasions, but once you are hooked, say goodbye to everything else as nothing will bring you struggle, torment and celebration like this game.
