I get similar codes sent to me every few months (last few codes have been $30 off, 30% off 2 orders, $20 off) on an Uber Eats account I don't use very often; my guess it's a 'come back we miss you' promo for inactive accounts.
Might be worth setting up multiple Uber/Uber Eats accounts.
I have an ubereats account I've only used once in 2 years but never gotten a promo. Even the ones posted on ozbargain as targeted I've tried but none work lol. I reckon that account got flagged for something, bit weird though since I don't really use uber or ubereats at all (I use a lot of Menulog/Deliveroo though).
If you use a first timers code your account gets taken off that list. You must have never claimed one before.
Basically its a safety net to stop them from giving free money to the same person. Not sure about address and other details but I can tell you my dad's account regularly gets sent these codes but I used the $10 one from way back on my first order and I've never received another despite using ubereats once in a blue moon maybe twice a year.
Went though my emails. I did use a first timers code ($30 off) for this account back in January. In March they sent me a $20 off code. Then in May a 30% off 2 orders (max $30 discount). And then a $30 off code again this week. The March and May codes I didn't use but I'll definitely be using this August one.

Does ubereats need a new mobile number for each new account still? Or is it based off of emails?
New mobile too but phone IMEI is also tracked so 3 uber accounts per phone is the limit
Haven't tried but believe you can root your phone and disable IMEI tracking (root required)
