Wipeout VR is awesome! Definitely gave quite a few people motion sickness after a while and couldn't move! haha

I used to emulate N64 using PC program 'Project 64' . It worked on an low end PC, about 10 years ago. So I would expect if you have any sort of gaming PC, you could emulate near-perfectly and play the 3rd Wipe out, which was the only one released on nintendo . Might help with your wipeout fix.

the series was made by a studio owned by Sony. Not sure who makes them now, but pretty sure it's still a Sony IP.
Sony only occasionally releases their games on PC, and only after they've lost their relevance.
I was the same for many years but realised my updating my PC every few years was a much more expensive habit than consoles. Each to their own but second hand can be a bit cheaper. :)
(Also I find I have more patience for PS4 games. There's just something different about sitting on the couch to play).

Wipeout Omega is awesome (of course given HD/Fury and 2048 were)
Make sure you turn all the assists off and play in VR if you want a goofy smile on your face.I couldn't last 30 seconds in VR.
Do you play in cockpit view or external?
Either. And there are comfort settings enabled by default so the cockpit doesn't barrel roll when your ship does. The entire game is exhilarating VR or not!
Both views are bad for me.
Your body expects to feel the rolls but it doesn't, and then it confuses your brain which causes VR sicknes.ssss

Sniper Elite is a great stealth game. Love the bullet cam. Just finished it on PC.
I'm trying to be positive (I really am), but when the best game you've had in a good while is a re-release of a remake of some PSP games (with the Vita game also included) and I bought that game new for 20 bucks at Big Dub a year and a half ago, it's not easy.
Been a struggle for everyone. Sony doesn't care though.
Only if they lose to Xbox next gen will you see them invest in PS+ freebies again. Now they're just phoning it in, with one or two occasional big ticket games a year.
360 gave the PS3 good competition. That is how PS+ was born. Then Microsoft went away, and so did PS+'s effort.

You mean of past generations? It's just a collection of older Wipeouts re-released.
It's two titles remastered, some parts completely replaced and effects totally reworked, running at native 4K/60fps/HDR and completely playable in VR (as one of the most fully-features VR titles), I'd pay full price for it again — and everyone's getting it for free. It's a phenomenal remastered collection.

Oof. They're usually pretty careful not to give away a game close to when it's been at a redonk price on sale and Sniper Elite complete was at a 'too good to pass up' price literally a fortnight ago or so for Plus for members.
