They messed up orders (which is fine - nobody is perfect), but then issued an email which said "Here, have $10 off as our apology".

- House runs "Free shipping" promotions on a regular basis

Hmmm… It seems like you can buy the same thing over and over again for $10 each time, so I bought 3 things at $12 ea separately over 3 transactions, end up paying $6 all together. I wonder if my orders will be cancelled..

Someone report them with screen shot proof and they will probably get fined a significant amount.

I trust there is nothing wrong with the seller promotion Richard.That is because to eBay the item is discounted by $10, nothing outside their site matters to them.
That was like that before this "sale". They're cheeky and include the price of shipping into their items so that they can advertise "Free Shipping". You'll pay $10 shipping on the House website

Have to Neg after the shit they pulled on me. 101 dollars turned to 540 after one click. Then I had to explain myself and they now replied it was a pricing error which they fixed as soon as they noticed it..and here have 10 dollars as an apology. Now I see it applies to everyone. And they refunded me 520 instead of the 540. Called them to find out and after being on hold for 30 minutes, they hung up.
Gotta neg this deal because everything is $10 more than their own website.
