I've used coupons a few times at Domino's and now the worker there gives me dirty looks like I'm a cheap skate. I feel so low when I'm there now that I refuse to go anymore
Most people use coupons, there are coupons listed on the website home page, when ordering it prompts you to use coupons (sides) or auto adds one to your cart in some cases. Maybe that worker is just angry.
i believe they get angry because head office make these coupons and the franchisees make little margin when people use the coupons which they probably didn't realise was in their contracts when they signed up.
However, you shouldn't feel bad for using coupon, they will be making some profit not running at a loss, and fact is if the coupon wasnt there you probably wouldn't have bought anything from them anyway as even with coupons it quite expensive junk food.
If they gave me dirty looks id probably stop going as well (i tend to get delivery and the drivers have always been friendly)
