I don't think I've even been that cold… and I don't ever want to be.
They're very cute. Not sure if that makes them worth buying though.
It's hard for any heater to be inefficient, most if not all are close to 100% efficient.
The trouble with this one is it's not powerful enough.
This might be a good sock warmer in the morning.
But doesn't have the power / size to do much more.

These are like the ones on those TV Ad channels. Maybe under your desk at work on a timer would work, but to do room assume it would struggle.
Maybe good for off grid caravaning. Run off inverter
so i have to sit next to a power point? surely this thing gets hot, what about when i want to unplug it?
Perhaps there is a reason why these are being "cleared" out?
I suspect my PC already does the job of one of these.
