    Just finished installation. Was very easy, took around 20 minutes.

    OMG OMG OMG, what an amazing device. Already taken my first dump and it was awesome.
    How sad that I feel this way about a toilet, but WOW!

    Be careful.

    We bought one of these 17 months ago (older version than this one) from Gearbite.

    It just died this week so I contacted the seller and told them hoping for a replacement and they replied Nope! Sorry! 12 Months warranty only.

    Of course they are within their rights, but it was a disappointing response.

    Now I have to suffer through the rest of winter with a cold bum :(

    At this price I would buy another one, but I am not confident in the product now.

      I take it all back.

      Gearbite have responded to me in private and have now sent me a new version for the cost of the postage.

      My faith in customer service is restored.

      My bum will be warm and toasty again by the end of the week.

        I've found gearbite to be great in their customer service. Had a xiaomi vacuum DOA and they replaced it for me with no issues.

    Anyone knows where we can get a battery powered one? Just need the heated seat function really. Too difficult and expensive to get a new power outlet installed.

      I'm just using an extension cord at the moment :-) Using 3M cable hooks on the wall to hold it over the doorway so we don't trip in the middle of the night.

    Just started my OzBargain journey and bit the bullet with this purchase. I just installed it without too much issue but found the anchors to be slightly too small for my toilet and the power chord and inlet hose were not on the side that suited my situation… so it's a tad messy to look at.

    Which app do I download for this? My Xiaomi Home doesn't seem to have the toilet in it's menu.

        Another question. How do you get the spray to not splash back and back of toilet rim. It seems like the seat or the spray is on an odd angle.

    I'm having trouble with the app, says failed to initialize (3) and doesn't show me any functions. I've followed instructions with the region set to China. Also to note, I'm having a similar issue setting up the Air 2S in the app.

        Thanks, the toilet seat worked on China (randomly) and the Air Purifier is now in Australia region. Very annoying but can make do.

    Not pretty but works fine and I love this toilet seat. If only there were more discounts, I'd be buying another one. Does get expensive for non-frequent use toilets.
