Recommend Bluetooth Noise Cancelling Phone Earpiece/Headset

Any reliable BT NC headset for phone calls ?
Want something that filters out barking dog & crying baby.

I've done some research and Plantronics Voyager Legend seems to do the job, but reviews showing it ain't reliable with units failing.

OW has it at $138 with 12 months warranty
JB has it at $149 with 24 months warranty

Should i get extended cover at $18 for 3yr warranty from OW ?
I know ppl says don't pay for extended warranty. But i don't see the case of ACL "Expected life" over 12 months on $138 earpiece ?

The other one is trucker's BlueParrott B450-XT at $190, which is huge.

    For $18 probably not a bad idea for peace of mind and if you get 2.5 years out of it then get a refund or an upgraded unit it's a win win.

    These units are not noise cancelling. Noise cancelling will require, at the very least, both ears to be used by the device.

      just to be clear, i want noise cancelling mic. for phone calls so the other side won't hear the background noise from my side

        Fair enough. I've got the Plantronics Voyager 5200. A bit higher price point than what you've got here, but pretty close to the top of the tree on that front.

          I have read reviews for that 5200 model as well, which meant to be successor of this Legend,

          but many that owned Legend suggests it's a downgrade compared to what they had before.

          Megabuy is selling the 5200 for $145 , so similar price to Legend.
