    Check the main menu and look for rewards link. I can't recollect if I had to register separately for this but if you have a health membership you are entitled for the benefits. If you still face an issue call their support centre (13 14 42) and they should sort it out.

        No.unfortunately they do not accept PayPal.
        And to my surprise I could not find the option for bank transfer too.
        They have a surcharge of 1% on credit/debit card payments.
        Though their FAQ does not mention AMEX, I could see AMEX icon (in addition to visa and mastercard icons) showing up as supported type in the payment window.

        From their FAQ section:

        What kind of payment methods do you accept?
        We accept MasterCard/Visa. All payments are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption.
        All debit/credit card payments are processed in real-time for your security and immediate peace of mind.

        Are there any additional fees or charges that apply when purchasing any of the offers?
        A 1% credit card surcharge will apply for all purchases made via debit/credit card. A delivery fee for physical gift cards
        will also apply (where applicable). Fees will be added to the total purchase price on check-out prior to confirming
        payment.
