  • this retails for $249, it was on sale at the outlets for $99. i was going to buy one, but I have too many jackets. i was at the birkinhead location in sydney where i saw it on sale. it also has men and women sizes. seams mediocre, but perfect if there isn't any snow or freezing tempertures.

          Heli lining is Polyester, absorb body odour and oil. hard to remove the odour even after wash it.
          Epiq lining is nylon

  • have never worn their jackets before, would this be an overkill if I'm going to places that isn't snowing but still cold and windy? ie Melbourne weather TIA

      There are literally thousands of these worn daily in Melbourne. All the same (only?) colour, with the green lining.

      Anyone would think it was the Antarctic.

    • Macpac have better fill power 650 compare to kathmandu 550. but i can't find kathmandu fill weight information

    • i have the macpac halo, and i just look like a big ball cos its so fluffy but both are good options. this ones a bit slimmer with about $30 more exp price tag
