    Immediate tracking is ok but when will the Cashback be approved ?

    Vodafone did the trick of declining stating I ported out after 4 months and Cashback was still pending

  • How do I manually claim? I had the Cashback chrome extension enabled on the amaysim website (ie. had the "tick" on the extension), completed my order at ~11AM Melb time but haven't received anything in terms of cashrewards tracking

  • Has anyone else found that the sim itself arrived already activated?

    As such, would that cause any issues with CB tracking? I'd assume not however I bought a Catch sim once via CR and it got rejected even after following all the instructions to the letter, so I'm hoping the fact I haven't actually activated the sim myself doesn't create some issues with tracking it.

    • yes it normally arrives pre-activated unless you've specified at purchase that you wanted to port your number over

    • Yes, received mine today and it was activated 10 days ago! Pretty poor as I'll only be getting 2/3 of the usage and I wasn't planning on activating it until August anyway. :(

      • ask them to put the expiry date back. they can usually do that, or add credit to your account

  • for those who had to cancel due to failed tracking and ordered again, double check that you've been refunded.

    had to contact support for the refund to come through.
