is this to be used intraworkout or after workout?
One of the few decent BCAA brands out there. Mixability and taste are excellent on most of the flavours. They can run quite sweet though so make sure you water them down.
Whenever you want around your workout really. They do also contain some electrolytes which are beneficial before, during or after. The difference between those times is negligible.
I use it during. If your on a low calorie diet I believe you can use it before, during and after to try minimize muscle loss. A bit over kill for most people though.
Yeah it is certainly one of those 1% things. It doesn't have much use if your exercise or diet regimes aren't in check.
I just really enjoy it to stay hydrated, reminds me of cordial minus the calories, the electrolytes + trace BCAAs are a bonus.
Is definitely a luxury though which is why I keep a hawk eye on bargains like this.

Probably because you compared what is widely regarded as one of the best BCAA products on the market with a no-name BCAA product eBay listing.
I see, well I've been lifting for over 20 years and I know 99.99% of the BCAAs are made in China. Most likely they have originated from the same factories, the only difference is that Scivation and other big brands slap on a sticker with their branding, where some distributors that buy straight from the factory containers of 20kg bags of BCAAs and then mix in their own flavourings, don't charge you for the ads and sponsorship's $50 on your purchase. ..
The scivation one is 1.4kg for $55~
This being $21.66 for 500g is relatively the same price anyway.

Only Strawberry Mango and Fruit Punch available at that low price, neither flavour are liked so Ill have to give this deal a miss. Great price for those that got it in the other flavours when they were at this price
