    :-)

  • Sorry guys. These aren’t anything like the bamboo sheets I got from another retailer. Just popped them in the washing machine and they feel very scratchy unlike the other ones.

    • +1

Mate, that is VERY inconsistent with all of the other customers who use our Rollova sheets - ours are silky smooth and feel amazing. What did you wash them with? Sand and Straw? :-)

      • -1

        HILARIOUS.
Don’t market a product as silky when it’s anything but. These are trash.

        • LOL

        • +1

Can we get anyone else on this channel to comment who are loving these? I genuinely don't agree with this statement.
If there is genuine concern we are committed into improving the product we produce.

          • @Rollova: Open to others opinions on this but comparing them to other bamboo sheets, these aren’t the same.
You should be open to criticism - it helps improve your brand :)

            • +2

@chookymcchook: Lol on the contrary my missus says these were too soft and silky when opening them when they arrived hahaha! Gave them a 30 degree wash cycle and after using it for the first time we’re very happy with the buy.

Did you wash with no more than 40 degrees (iirc that’s the suggested temp)?

Can’t say specifically about these sheets, but I killed some bamboo towels by doing them in 60+ degrees wash cycle by accident. The fibres turned all hard. Maybe this was the case with yours?

              • @AnDyStYLe: Ah! Excellent point, at higher temps in the washer they can go funky… I hope @chookymcchook didn't do this as they may have been stuffed from the outset. (PM me and I'll see what I can do to replace)

FYI, some brands blend the bamboo with cotton to reduce cost & increase the fibre strength. Honestly we stuck with 100% bamboo to stick with sustainability and the full silky benefits. Cotton production is a massive issue in the world so we moved away from this in the business strategy. (We have a secret provenance and transparency project for the fashion apparel industry underway and it's a pretty ugly mess when it comes to fabric production…)

@Rollova: Honestly apologies for giving you such a mean reply - I wasn't in a good mood that day.

I did wash them under the Delicates setting and hung them on the line so not sure why they're not as soft as my other bamboo sheets. Look they were much cheaper so they'll be OK on the spare bed. Sorry!
