  • I've been waiting for the next sale! Bought 2 of the high and medium pillows to try out as a side sleeper. Thanks team :)

'The High & Medium' are beautiful pillows, and perfect for a side sleeper. You are going to love them.

      • Very prone to neck and shoulder pains, tend to sleep on my back though I do try and sleep on my side. Trying to be more of a side sleeper.
        What would you recommend?
I feel the high and medium may aggravate my neck pains if I lay on them for too long on my back?

        • +2

Ultimately you are looking for alignment from your pillow - so your head, neck, spine/back in one long line with no dips up your down, particularly at the neck. Your head shouldnt prop up or drop down. This is true regardless of your sleep position (which is why we suggest an extremely low & soft pillow for tummy sleepers, or even to consider using no pillow at all on your tum). It is also important to point out that even the most magnificnent pillow cannot fix neck pain produced from somewhere else (eg: posture, injury, your work desk, your mattress, repetative movement, stress, etc).
If you sleep on your back & sometimes on your side you will need something lower profile than 'The High & Medium'. I would suggest 'The Classic Plus' pillow - it has just the right profile for both those sleep positions. A lower profile good option is 'Tge Low & Medium' pillow.
Something else to consider if you are trying to stick to a side sleeping position & stop yourself from rolling onto your back (or stomach) in the night is to put a thin pillow between your knees - it can stop you from rolling whilst asleep. Hope all this helps.

          • @Sp8472: Thanks for your detailed response, will try the classic plus.

Bought some pillows high and soft I think, last sale, best pillows I’ve ever owned, like sleeping on a cloud every night .

Thank you Onemoredeal. We are a small family-run business and WE think our pillows are incredible - so it genuinely means a lot to us to read a comment like this, shared on this forum. You are a star!

  • I'm torn between the classic and the low medium. I sleep on a lowish pillow at the moment but mostly just because it's old. Not sure if I should try the classic or go for the low….

    • If you need some help choosing a pillow we are happy to chat here or you can email us at [email protected]. Do consider your sleep position, your body size & your personal comfort preference in terms of the density of your pillow.

  • I've bought a few pillows from tlc and they are all great quality, very comfortable and durable. Plus their service is excellent too.

    • Thank you thriftylashes - you have made our day!

  • Hi OP, what is the return policy like? Pillow are so subjective and I do not want to get burned again (have been burned many times by expensive brands). It says on website 100% money guarantee (but this is usually exaggerated I find).

    • +2

You are welcome to return your pillow within 30 days for either refund or exchange. We genuinely want you to love your TLC pillow & will work with you to achieve this. If you are returning a pillow because it simply is not right for you then you cover the cost of return postage. If it is faulty or damaged or not as described then we will reimburse you for the return postage. We cover the cost of the initial postage, and the second postage if you are exchanging. We do not re-sell returned pillows so we do try to provide as much information as possible on the website to assist with your selection. I hope this info helps.

I rate these pillows, coming up on 5 years old

    • Thank you Ozzy Ozbargain - we do too. They are beautiful pillows & we are just loving the Ozbargain community support overnight.

  • Can I confirm pillows can still be returned/ exchanged if purchased with the code above?

Had a look at the FAQ and it says NOTE: WHERE PROMOTIONAL CODES ARE OFFERED AND USED TO OBTAIN ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT, PRODUCTS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED UNLESS FAULTY OR NOT AS DESCRIBED

    • +2

Hi papercut, as I said above - you can return the pillow for exchange or refund within 30 day, even with this promo code. We are not trying to catch people out with our returns policy, we are trying to ensure they get the right pillow for them. We very occasionally have a 'no returns' promotion (if we are trying to sell out of a discontinued product for example) but that will be very clearly stated & informed.

  • Reviews sound good. Bought one to see if it is as good as my Dunloprillo

  • Any suggestions for a tummy sleeper?

  • Does the Classic Plus "Firm" version still exist?

    • +1

We do have a VERY small supply. Please add the word 'firm' to comments if you need a firm version. The reason they are not on the site is because we have so few so please only request 'firm' if that is what you really need.

  • Anything you recommend for a side sleeper? Currently using a Tempur Millenium Pillow which has been actually very good but it's time for a replacement now.

    • +1

To be very honest I am not sure if any of our pillows will be right for you. My understanding is that the Tempur Millenium pillow is made from memory foam. Memory foam works almost exactly in opposition to how our pillows work - so memory foam compresses inwards (indents) and compacts when your rest your head on it - thus providing support. They are usually quite a heavy pillow for this reason. Our pillows do the opposite - Talalay latex pillows inherently push outwards, which is what provides the support. They cradle the head & have a little 'bounce', and this is why they get their 'soft yet suppoertive' moniker. They are also very light. If you push your hand down onto a (well made) Talalay latex pillows it should bounce back to its full height within seconds.
If you have enjoyed the Tempur Millenium pillow then my honest advice would be to stick with it. If you want to try Talalay latex then our 'The Therapeutic' pillow is my recommendaiton for you.

  • I bought a low therapeutic about 5 years ago. It now comes in 2 sizes.

How do i know to properly measure the height of my old pillow?

    • Hi SummerZero - we actually now have 3 low therapeutic pillows so let's make sure we get this right. You could PM me your order name & I can look in archives to see what your previous order was. Or you could tell me the depth in cm of your current pillow (so from the top left corner near the bed to the bottom left corner under your shoulder) and that could narrow it down for me.

      • Thanks that would be great. The order number was 100010468.

        The item was:
THE LOW THERAPEUTIC PILLOW - low profile, contoured, 100% natural pincore latex.

        SKU: Style TLC110

  • Is the stop snore pillow the same density as the classic?

    • +1

Almost - 'The Classic is medium density and 'The Stop Snore' is ever so slightly softer than that. We would call it medium-soft.

      • How does it compare to the "THERAPEUTIC PILLOW", looks to be the same size. Is the "Stop Snore" also slight softer than the "THERAPEUTIC PILLOW"?

        • +1

Correct - 'The Stop Snore' is slightly softer than 'The Therapeutic, although they are very similar pillows. The little bit of added density to 'The Therapeutic' really holds that body in place as you sleep so it is excellent for easing neck/back pain & headache.

  • Hi there…been waiting for a deal to try but your high and medium are OOS ? When back in stock? Thanks

    • +1

Our 'The High & Medium' sold out about 1 hour ago - we were just smashed with orders for that particular pillow overnight. We are getting a new delivery of stock in the next fortnight, so they will arrive before Easter. I am sorry they are no longer available for the sale, we do always try to have enough stock of every style but we just had a disproportionate number of orders for that particular pillow overnight.

      • All good…will try next time… thanks

  • +2

How much would The King (soft, 18cm uncompressed) vs. Classic Plus (medium, 14cm uncompressed) compress when in use? Other than dimension differences, does it come down to a preference between those who like to be surrounded by/in a pillow and those who don't and want to feel on top of the pillow?

    • That is a very tricky questions to answer as they are very different pillows in terms of both profile & density, and it also comes down to the weight of the head resting on them. To be hinest i think it comes down to your personal preference for comfort - do you prefer a soft pillow or a slightly firmer one. I used to sleep on 'The Classic Plus' - and did so for the past 10 years. It was my favourite pillow in our range, for me. Then I tried 'The King'. I was a convert to 'The King' after that first night - it is just a beautiful pillow to sleep on with excellent support despite its softness. It is the pillow most often described by our customers as like sleeping on a cloud. But it is high & soft so it has a lot of bounce. If you preference is for a firm pillow then 'The King' is not for you & 'The Classic Plus' would suit better.

      • Thanks, that makes sense!

  • Ordered yesterday, shipped today. Nice.

  • When is the tradition medium pillow coming back in stock?

    • Our 'The Classic' wil be back in stock just before Easter, so within the next fortnight. Our 'The Classic Plus' is an excellent alternative - same profile & density, just slightly longer. It still fits into a standard pillowcase & that extra length makes for a more abundant pillow.
