          Multi-activation keys that are being resold in breach of the license. MS will ban them at some point, but the way Win 10 licenses work (so far anyway) is that once you activate, it stays activated forever unless you do bulk hardware changes.

            @jorf: From most of the evidence so far, microsoft will NEVER ban the ones already activated. :) It's possible, but extremely unlikely as innocent people will be caught in the crossfire and will make bad publicity. They may start to ban new ones activated in the future though, but for now it all looks hunky dory.

            But yeah you're right if the key isn't activated then the key stops working if the volume license gets banned.

          They're borderline legit but not really. They breach Microsoft's T&Cs. You take the risk that one day it simply stops working.

          Microsoft audit MSDN/MDN and volume licensing accounts all the time. Might work for years. Might work for 3 months.

        The product key can only be used with a fresh Windows 10 professional installation, upgrade from win 7, 8 and other editions of Windows systems are not supported.

      I think you can still activate Windows 10 with any windows 7 or 8 key if you've got one of them. I recently did this for a mate's laptop, just used a key extractor to find out the current windows 8 key, then installed windows 10 and it activated fine using the same key.

      I just installed it from a usb stick a month or so ago and it activated free on a pc I'd never had it installed on before.. recommend trying before paying !

        I guess Microsoft has given up to piracy. Well I wish there are decent alternative, I just hate seeing constant update on windows operating system. Seriously.
