Groupon Reward Challenge - Earn up to $15 Groupon Credit When You Spend $70 - $100 on Local Deal Purchases

So recently I was chatting with Groupon Support online about an issue and they gave me this deal.
I think it's targeted somehow (not sure how to put the TARGETED TAG on the post).

Here’s how it works:

Earn $10 in Groupon Credit when you spend $70-$99.99 on any Local Deals from now until 28 July 2019
OR
Earn $15 in Groupon Credit if you spend $100 or more on Local Deals in that time.

To count the purchase(s) must occur after our conversation has ended. Any earned Groupon Credit will be added to your account on or before 5 August 2019. Groupon Credits are promotional site credits that you can use towards any future purchase(s) on Groupon. A few other things to keep in mind:

Groupon Credit, promo codes and gift cards may be used on eligible purchases. However, only the additional amount you spend at checkout will apply towards the Reward Challenge spend requirement.

Only non-refunded purchases will count toward the Reward Challenge spend requirement.
