So I bought this consumable product some months ago, it contains 3 parts to it, and inside the paperwork says if you need anymore product, give this number a call and we will ship for free. So I rang them like 7 weeks ago, over that time I rang a couple of more times, the chick on the other side of the phone says, yeh we are out of stock and coming from China. Buy clearly I think it's BS. Because I could of bought something from China myself and got it within 2 weeks. I'm getting quite peed off about it all. I'm burnt out and don't want to call them anymore, but I need more product. I'm not going to buy a new product just to get resupplied, it costs like $50 a new box.
Any suggestions on how to approach this? I wish I could just hand ball this to ombudsman but I don't think they deal with this sort of stuff.

Is the product that you need a consumable or a replacement part because one of the three original parts is broken?
Seeing as the OP just says "this product", I'm assuming it's a bedroom sports device if you know what I mean.
but he describes it like it's a consumable part. And it's part of something that comes in three parts. It's either some kind of vaporiser or the viagra component of a self choking and whipping rig.
Butt plug, motor assembly and lube.

Did you pay yet? If not, then you can try source it elsewhere.
A lot of firms and factories are going under in China. Lots of Aliexpress sellers are also not delivering. It's due to the trade war.
So did the Chick(sic) give you a time frame once you ordered new replacement as to when it was coming. If there's no time frame suggested try and source it elsewhere. If that doesn't work for you see if you can return whole thing for a refund (maybe ex for the part you used already) as you can't get the thing now to work as per its use. As for dodgy. Would you call Amazon dodgy. If they can't get the stock from supplier it's a bit hard for them to get it to you no matter how hard they try at their end.

Don't want to name drop the company, basically ran out of nail files and alcohol swabs. And I reckon they are lying, because it's being over 2 months now and still nothing in the mail.
