    • As posted, July 3.

      $69.65 minimum spend before discount.

Looks like it stacks with the "YF favourites 6 for $49" that they offer

    • It does .. cheers for the heads up, all up 9 meals and a half price juice… after discount came to $53.88

    • +3

and there’s always the winter favourites for $6.95 each, so 10 meals plus something to top up the minimum spend. Limited variety though I guess.

  • +6

$7 a meal, the prices are definitely increasing and the food quality has changed.

    • Better or worse quality?

      • +3

        worse.

      • +5

        WORST!

The steak and mushroom has changed dramatically. The "steak" they use is like meat u use to feed to the dogs

At least one part of your comment is correct.

In all seriousness though, the quality of their meals has definitely changed for the worse, but willing to give them another go!

A lot worse. I used to order from YF, but I just don't bother anymore. As someone else said, the meat quality has become very poor. The last time I ordered the pork coconut curry, the slices of pork were 75% fat, I kid you not. Tasted gross.

Thanks all. Will give it a miss

@wellglued14: i have to admit with the comments - but we stick to the chicken or veggo dishes then they are okay for the times you are too lazy too cook

    • +2

The last batch i got since the new menu came out i feel has gotten better.

    • +1

Yeah and they have changed the satisfaction guarantee. Now they will only address complaints on a meal if you've already ordered it before.

Which raises the question - if you weren't satisfied with a particular meal, would you order it a second time?

    • I got 6 meal pack ($49.95) plus 3x $6.95 meals, which equals $5.47 per meal.

    • Yeah I never order beef anymore.

  • +1

got 8 meal with yf favourites and one meal + $2.95 100ml juice which becomes half price. (1.45).
around $6 per meal + juice is not too bad

  • +7

Ordered the "YF favourites 6 for $49" and 3 6.96 meals, 9 meal $49.2, not too bad

    • +1

I just did this too. 9 meals for $49.20 :)

    • Plus drink right? That’s what I had to do

      • I had meals only, didn't add the drink

  • Coming up with error "HOTINHERE discount code isn’t valid for the items in your cart".

looks like they fixed it so it doesnt work with the YF favorites deal.

Do not order from these people they are absolute scumbags and their drivers are morons.

      • +3

That’s a very general statement that concludes they’re all like that. I’ve ordered plenty of times and no issues. Also, the drivers have all been awesome, especially in the summer months.

      • What was your experience?

    • I had that, had to add the drink to get my order over $69.95 then it worked

    • Just worked for me. 9 meals for $49. Thanks op

  • Are these heat and eat?

Or is there actual preparation and cooking involved for the end user?

    • Heat and eat. Most suggest to microwave though some suggest alternative methods such as pan fry or toast too. They were previously offering meal kits with two serves each and all the ingredients already prepped but they aren't currently available.

  • Not working with $49 favorite… bummer.
Too late to the pary :(

    • +1

Why not? add 3 more $6.9 meals and you are eligible

      • It worked… I was adding 4 x 6.95 instead of 3… cheers.

        • Yeah, I always aim for the <$5.8 per meal. Anything higher than that is not worth it, not to mention their portion is quite small for what we pay for, but for $5, its cheaper than I buy a full meal and save my time as well

  • I find the flavours ok but the trays are like 50% peas or 50% broccoli, costs too much to be worth it for me

Not sure with all the hate. I'm in QLD and always get good meals with good meat. Maybe different states which have different outlets have different quality?

I got 6 meal pack ($49.95) plus 3x $6.95 meals, which equals $5.47 per meal.

    • Im also in QLD. I avoid a lot of their pork/chicken meals as they are rubbish cuts of meat - lots of fat/gristle which I dont like.

  • Okay, didn't read the comments for a better value… But still, OPs post is still good to try this service.

  • So glad i did a quick google search for promo codes. saved me $20 on my meals from YOUFOODZ. 7 Meals + 2 drinks = $59. worked out great with their 50% off drinks on $9.95 meals. Thanks OP +for you sir!
