i tried with live chat and called the sales team.
but they are offering the same as what is on the web.
What sort of NBN are you getting? If you're getting HFC, and you're currently on Telstra non NBN HFC, you might have some leeway as there was a ceasesale and they've recently opened it up again for orders
HFC at my place.
However, currently not with Telstra.
So will be new customer for NBN service.
Care to elaborate more supasaiyan?

why Telstra though?
for $90 you get 50Mbps whereas with Superloop you'd get 100Mbps for that price
Well, why Telstra:
a) It offers backup internet (4G Mobile service) if NBN goes down
b) my research suggest so far Telstra offering a speed of 42MBPS in my area for existing Telstra NBN customers and they are happy.
Vodafone also offers nbn with 4G backup, if you wanted options. They're cheaper too.

You will be paying $15.05 Per Month extra for something you would only need a couple times a year, doesn't seem worth it.
Also Superloop's 50MBps offering has a higher evening speed at 44.MBps
thanks mate
finally registered with Superloop and hopefully to get the connection active till 18th July.
Not sure how good is Superloop NBN service.
To be honest, heard for the first time.
they recently started offering nbn services.
with HFC, I doubt you'll make use of the 4G backup. Mainly used by those on FTTN.
You'll generally find success going on Live Chat and asking nicely for the 100mbps speed boost pack - seems to be a hit with those from the Whirlpool forums
