Title says it all, im looking for a laptop I can bring with me around, the one I have right now is roughly 2.5kg not that heavy but after a day walking around with it pain starts.
I've looked at the HP envy x2 at JB HI Do currently 1.2k as a red hot sale but the screen seems a bit small.
Any suggestions appretiated

My daughter has a Surface Pro (similar to HP Envy x2) and that thing is difficult to use — too top-heavy, keyboard is bad, and the kickstand design does not really sit on your lap.
I agree, it also has a very long footprint in the depth direction because it has a kickstand poking out the back taking an additional 10cm or so in depth. This makes it hard to use on small tables too compared to a laptop.
This Lenovo will probably be good, 1.7kg & has a 14" screen. $819 or around $740 with cashback!
Xiaomi Air - under $900 delivered and 1.3kg.
How do you get it under 900?
Is that website safe? I've never seen it before but I'm really interested in buying that laptop
Have a look at TA recent posts. He has posted some decent deals that are worth looking at.
You’d really want an ssd these days in a laptop otherwise it’s a paperweight again haha
Do you need the 2-in-1 design, with a detachable keyboard? My daughter has a Surface Pro (similar to HP Envy x2) and that thing is difficult to use — too top-heavy, keyboard is bad, and the kickstand design does not really sit on your lap. HP also does not have good reputation for reliability.
If you are looking for a good workhorse with an excellent keyboard under $800, you have unfortunately missed it but hopefully Lenovo will restock soon. For 2-in-1, maybe this Dell Inspiron 13 7000 2-in-1 that's currently on sale for $1000 (i5-8265U, 8GB/256GB, 1.4kg).
