  thanks but the themes have been free since I bought my PS4 in 2015 November. I went to the PS Store and saw that it was already added to my library and downloaded.

  Apart from the themes and expansion packs, is everything else already included in the GOTY edition? I have the GOTY edition.

    It includes two expansions which are Hearts of Stone expansion and Blood & Wine expansion. If there is anything other than these not included in Goty edition.

    Nevermind. All 16 DLCs are already included in the Goty edition.
