Hello! i'm after a good mechanic(s) to change my clutch + a spare car key with remote for my 2010 Honda Jazz.
Does anyone have any good recommendations for mechanics in Melbourne? how much $$ would these items cost me?

doesn't matter.. happy to drive for a good mechanic.. this is part of my relocation from Tas to Mel.
I go to a great mechanic in Upwey, and another in Ormond. Where do you live?
staying in Mulgrave with a friend until i sort out my rental. relocating from Hobart to Mel for work. hence i dont mind the driving around bit to explore Melbourne
Ormond is about 20 minutes drive from Mulgrave.
Not idea about clutch, but I paid $90 for a spare car key in one of those key kiosk inside shopping center not long ago.
can u let me know where u got this done?

I used to be a mechanic, but I'm too old & sore now, so I took it to the above mob & I was impressed
I gave them the Exedy clutch kit I previously purchased & they put in a change-over gearbox at the same time at a really great price
Plus I got them to do a 200,000km service & timing belt with water pump kit (plus other stuff)
And they did not charge me an arm or a leg for itThey really know their Honda's. Don't go to a dealership as they will rip you off, go to the above mob instead
I would take my Civic back again if I lived on the mainland (I am not going on the ferry ever again - another story)
Melbourne is quite spread out. From Tarneit to Lilydale……….maybe be a bit more specific (unless you mean the CBD)
