  • That's interesting..

I noticed no MIC so would be great for BT streaming only just can't take a call

Yes, actually just had this product arrive (paid $15) and that's the case. If you enable it for phone calls, there's no microphone input at all.

      • how's the quality of audio over BT

        • I found it good. Using it in my car, not noticeably different that aux at normal volume. But then again I don't have a sub or anything to really notice highs/lows

Edit: Re my previous comment about microphone. I have it in the glove box, so that's why calls weren't working. And I'd prefer it to not have a microphone at all

      There's a mic @USB

  • Is this able to transmit a bluetooth signal from an aux-out port to bluetooth headphones/speakers?

  • How does the sound quality compare to something like this?

Any issues with electrical noise? I feel as though this would get that whining sound whenever the car accelerates. Would it need a line filter?

      • Also it says it's standard Bluetooth Ver 4.1 and then immediately after says it is Ver 5.0
  • Curious if I have to turn it on everytime I start the car or if it powers on with the ignition?
