I am in the process of returning a mattress on eBay. It was an impulse buy and I realised I don't need the item. I ordered on Friday June 14 and the estimated delivery is Wednesday June 9. Since the order may have not been dispatched at this point is it possible to simply contact the seller and cancel? Otherwise if I end up having to make a return, who would be the most economical and efficient postal carrier? Can I contact them and ask them to pick it up from my house?
