Unfortunately can't report it as being "targeted" to Ozb - they reckon EPP is a type of membership - although I would disagree, as getting a job at a company is a slightly difficult way to become a member of a club :)
Targeted means they choose you, and you have no control over whether or not you are selected. Ebay's Targeting for instance, I never get targeted.
If your employer is a member of the enhanced partner program, it's not random whether you get the deal or not. You know if you do or do not get the perks.
It's no different than the free games offered each month on PS Plus and Games with Gold. Those are not considered targeted because it isn't up to the discretion of the one offering the deal. It's completely in your control: you join the program or you do not. There's no luck or undisclosed algorythm for selection.

Hah funnily enough I've disabled 5G to increase battery life. But as for the handset itself, the screen, camera, battery and fingerprint sensor improvements are all great.

I have a friends who has westpac account however he is just using the mobile app and it seems he doesn't have the email associated to westpac. Few days ago i checked his app but couldn't see any offer from samsung.

I don't get how EPP deals get so many upvotes and attention, they're deals that are restricted to a small percentage of people who work for a partner company - and those that PM users to get deals off them (which is very rare). Hate seeing these deals lol, makes me so jealous.
Recently it was open to all Westpac bank account holders (expired 30/5), so it was a lot more widespread and was a reason why it got a lot of votes.
Also the Australian Government portal is open to any .gov.au email, which according to the ABS is 1.9m people..
Alongside that, the education portal can be accessed with any .edu.au email, so that's also a ton of people who have been to uni and can still access their student email (alumni).
It's not as small of a population as you think.

Looks like a great deal for the s10+ 512gb.
But kinda thinking not much of a upgrade from my S8+ seen people complaining the camera photo quality isn't as good. It's gone a step back.
What are people's thoughts?
Im also with an S8 which is still going strong… but so tempting at this price. But not sure if should wait for another year.
There are some nice improvements but not enough to upgrade from a working and non screen damaged S8+ in my opinion. If you were the type of person who wanted to upgrade that frequently you'd have done it already. I would try and hold out or see what price you can get for your used S8+ and make up some of the difference.

Great price but not available for Telstra employees. Only 50% off the S10 5G which I'm happily using right now to write this post. S10 5G is a step above the S10+ (which I also have for work) and unfortunately is probably downplayed because of the naming conventions. Should almost stand on it's own as a separate flagship.

Colour is nicer. I got the black S10 5G and it's more like a shadow chrome compared with the black S10+ which is just normal black.
Screen is huge, no microsd slot though, but I got the 512gb version. Using it as my personal phone which I'm currently on contract with Optus for so no 5g for me. Has a time of flight depth sensor on the front camera array as well which the S10+ doesn't have meaning you can get fake bokeh for videos and both focal lengths of the cameras I believe.
How much is it after 50% off (512gb), if you don't mind me asking?. It looks like my EPP (healthcare) does not have it. I will have to ask a friend who works for Telstra.
