  What's the best way to store these in the fridge? I normally eat about 300g and I'm by myself this month, can't be eating this everyday but wouldn't mind buying this. How long will they last in the fridge and do people normally buy in bulk and store it in the freezer? Wouldn't that affect the meat's quality? I never froze meat before and usually just buy fresh so sorry if that's a dumb question.
