        You can download base game for free without PS Plus but I think to get Celebration pack you need PlayStation®Plus.

          i download all the games anyway, but it really sucks if every family member needs PS Plus to access these freebies.

            @jv: As long as family members use the same PS4 console as the account with PS Plus - It should available to other accounts on the console after the PS Plus account has added it

            Sorry if that's a bit too convoluted, hopefully it makes sense.

  can I sign up for one month plus subscription and cancel that subscription but still keep the celebration pack ?
