    Still waiting for this power bank that I ordered from Shopro on 21/4 during a previous deal. Was sent a dispatch notice the same day and chased it up with customer service when it hadn't arrived 3 weeks later. First email was ignored and they only replied when I hinted at a PayPal dispute stating that it had been shipped on 22/5. It still hasn't turned up!

      I'm yet to receive mine from ordering on 20/5.. Austpost tracking hasn't been updating for more than 2 weeks… Customer service keeps telling me to wait for Austpost response but I'm 100% sure its been lost in transit… My request also got ignored couple of times and their response is quite slow..
      I'm yet to hear any resolution…

      These can't be taken on planes as the specified limit is 16,000 mAh.
      But good for Australian car travel or camping, particularly if a few days and a tablet might need charging

        I have traveled with three 20,000 mAh in my hand carry all at the same time and no questions asked.

        The limit is 100 watt hour or about 27-28,000 mAh

        Not that it's no longer allowed it's just you need to ask the airlines first. Which is more hassle than just bringing 20k ones.
