    Nope only for new number or porting in a number from a different provider.

    however, it is possible to refer the 2nd simcard to a new account, and then you get $20 credit.
    gift the data from the 2nd sim to your account (60gb), then close down the 2nd account.

      Also if you have used all you main account referrals you can use a new SIM to refer to another temporary SIM and accumulate $40 to get more data and extend another month on top.
