I'd still prefer a V8 because of the design of the dustbin emptying, you dont have to disconnect the stick to do so.
I know i always get stuff(hair) stuck in the sides of the dustbin when emptying. If the v10 can overcome that issue with the new opening i would gladly deal with disconnecting the stick which i usually do anyway when emptying.

I always find it really odd when people mention non-current deals in a way to make the current deal sound better. Is there a way to get 10% discounted ebay vouchers? No. Then mentioning it really achieved absolutely nothing.
It is a reference price, put simply it allows us to see how good this bargain is compared to others. I'd much rather have an idea of what the previous special price is than trying to understand meaningless numbers (RRP)
Actually, it's not a reference price. This deal wasn't available when the 10% off ebay vouchers were available, and the 10% off ebay vouchers are not available now. A reference price would imply that at some point in time it was possible for someone to actually get that deal without having a crystal ball and stockpiling vouchers. Also, and I quote, "Stack with 10% off eBay giftcards" implies the suggestion that you should stack the deals together. The subset of people that will have $650 of vouchers sitting there is very very very small.

I thought the OP was referencing the price from the last time the dyson v10 was on sale and you were complaining about that. I now see the price reference in the OP is actually with discounted ebay vouchers which aren't available now.
