American Explorer Explorer - Is This Good Deal?

Going to spend a considerable amount(3-4K) in next two months, and looking for a card which can give me 'KrisFlyer' or 'velocity points', as Singapore airlines is only option.

is this a good deal? or any nice deals with good amount of points. This below deal comes with AmEx points(which can be converted to the krisflyer i presume).

Got it from point hacks. Have very basic understanding on rewards points and such. Is that travel credit will used on any airlines from their website(along with points)?

tried searching for this card. No active discussion on this specific card. Thanks in advance.

100,000 points = 50,000 krisflyer points. Which is approx a one way mid range (5-7 hour) business class saver award.

  AmEx membership points are one to one KrisFlyer points.(1000 AmEx = 1000 KrisFlyer ‘.

    There are different Amex reward point programs, the one from the explorer is called Gateway and converts @ 2 Membership Rewards points = 1 KrisFlyer mile

      I should further add, that with the explorer card you earn 2 Membership Rewards points per $1 spent on purchases except government bodies in Australia where you will earn 1 point per $1 spent

This is very good card for both Kris flyer and Velocity points. It gives you effective reward of 1krisflyer mile / 1 velocity point per $ on most spend, not government etc. 100,000 bonus points is also good and travel credit effectively makes card zero cost if you are travelling in next 12 months. If you are only after velocity points Amex velocity card gets higher points of 1.25 points per $ on most spend
