    • Still nothing here since Thursday lunch

    • Claim Wednesday last week came through on Tuesday, 2 on Friday processed in last 2 hours.

      Other claim on Friday did not produce a confirmation email as had clicked back & added receipt.
      Received 2 emails with same Wish Card today. Time to contact promoter!

    For those who have put in multiple claims (especially on the same day), just check that the e-gift cards you've received have different numbers. I put in one claim last Thursday, e-gift card came through yesterday. Made another claim on Friday, e-gift card has just come through but got the same email THREE times, all arrived within a split second of each other with a link to the same card, so seems like they've had some sort of email glitch. So just make sure Woolworths have actually responded to each separate claim, and not just accidentally sent multiple emails for one claim!

  • I received the giftcards but I am unable to add to the woolworths money app. It kept saying the number is invalid. Anyone else facing the same problem?

    • Have you tried putting the pin in? Ignore the error, put your pin in and see if that fixes it.

  • Likewise one receipt with 4 bars, got all of the gift cards today. So much better than B and Js.

  • I entered once on Monday 10/6, Tuesday 11/6, Thursday 13/6, received confirmation emails immediately for all. No gift cards yet.

    • Received all three gift cards today. Roughly two hours apart each. Very happy.

  • Did anyone else manage to claiim on the non-Dairy Milk blocks? I bought flavoured Dairy Milk varieties (Roast Almond, etc) not knowing at the time that it was only the plain version that is specially marked. I submitted the claims using the words that are in the T&C's but still got the eGift cards!!

    • Technically, only Milk one is eligible. You are just lucky. I am sure no letters can be found on the other blocks.

      • That’s what I thought. The receipt clearly marks the flavours. It was my mistake so wasn’t expecting them to successfully verify my claim but they did. Lucky!

    • Yep. My usual Hazelnut, roast almond and some new hazelnut creamy flavour (I think) I haven't tried yet

  • Entered on the 9th (Sunday) with 4 on the one receipt, received the 4 cards today.

  • Received all 4 e-gift cards today for claims made on the 10th of June. All 4 blocks were on the same receipt and I used the same email for each claim.

    Entered twice on Tue 11/6, on separate receipts. Received confirmation emails for both immediately, and both e-gift cards today.

    Looks like B&J could learn a few lessons from Cadbury on running successful cashbacks!

      Check for double ups - they sent me about 9 emails for my four claims (many double ups, one triple)

  • Sent in all 4 last weekend, got them on Friday - only got 3 confirmations emails hence 3 giftcards. Can't figure out which one glitched…

  • I purchased three on the same receipt. Like some others, I received three emails at the same time all with the same gift card details. I emailed them and they said all had been sent and to check my spam folder. I replied to say that I definitely haven't received the other two cards. Awaiting a response…

    • Happened with mine, too. I received literally dozens of emails with the same three barcodes, with the fourth coming in a couple of days later.

    • They claim they never received the 2nd and 3rd entry, so asked that I submit them again. I've now received all 3 gift cards.

  • anyone ordered in their online order. the tax invoice doesn't seem to show the store number and name. What does people enter?

        Depends how you read it. Does "including online" refer only to NZ or also to AU?

    Helped my neighbour claim his and he's just received an email saying they are posting the gift card to his house. 3-5 business days.

  • No secret words for me. Every block said Cadbury on it.

    • We actually opened a block to check out the find a word yesterday. Came up with “bury” as our word. Neither of us noticed the “cad”bury
      But money came through all the same

      • Same for me. I first saw the word "cat", and then "bury" which made me only think of my cat we had to bury recently. Bit of a downer.
