This is close to the Good Guys deal a few weeks ago, but there's a Style Cover and 1 Year Office Subscription included in the bundle… It's good if you are after the Style Cover. Otherwise wait until another sale else where for the 2-in-1 Device by itself.

Style Cover $119.96 ($149.95 RRP)
Office $59 ($99 RRP)

You can customise the bundle to your liking, to add a fancy Style Cover $159.96 ($199.95), or Office Home $89.99 ($129.99), or Pen $111.96 ($139.95).

This is current non-special price at the good guys, $935 - https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/microsoft-surface-go-64gb-4gb…
Equivalent with the bundle $829.92 - Microsoft Store

  • Damn. Looks like a good deal but after reading reviews i might just wait to see if surface pro 6 bundles drop a little more….

    • Depends on what you plan on using it for. I've got the surface 3 and it's a tablet that's also a laptop, rather than a surface pro which is a laptop that's also a tablet. The 10' size is more handy. I use it for digital magazines, comics and as a laptop when I've travelled. Perfect on the plane and to use as proper pc on the road so way better than an ipad.

      • I have a surface pro 3 bought on release and the keyboard is on the way out. Going price for new keyboard type cover is around 180, granted it is the newer gen one, at this kind of money I might as well shell out for a spro 6. The platinum bundles were sub $1200..

I use vpn, office documents, browsing, emails etc.

    • light browsing, or intro to windows ink.

pen is handy for some stuffs.

note on the pro: make sure the drivers don't get wrecked by updates

  • Surface go is nicer with the windows insider, feel faster than the 1903

  • Wonder the latest round of price drops is because Microsoft Inspire event is around the corner? I’d like to see a refreshed Surface Go, they’re really onto something here.

    • the go is new and probably won't get updated for another year
by new I mean the lte model

  • anyone seen any deals for the go and pen in a bundle? not really interested in the keyboard
