If you want to break your legs running, this is a bargain.
But if you want to do something good for your feet and other body parts (such as knees and spine), invest a bit more and get some decent New Balance, Asics, or Brooks runners with good cushioning, and medial stabilisers if needed (to correct over-pronation).
But stay away from these shoes. I think I saw similar ones on Aliexpress or Alibaba for $2.75 cost if 500 pairs of more are ordered.
