  Yeah be weary of the best before dates. 3.5kg seems to be to lightest available when I was there this morning. Ended up with an Angus scotch fillet instead.

    Of course. Plan is to cut up into steak pieces and freeze. Got one of each (i.e. lots) some prosciutto and some spices and only cost $190. So very reasonably happy with that.

    normally you can ask them to cut you off a piece to the size you like, and slice it into fillets

  Lamb legs are on special at Coles this week for $11 KG, nice thing is they do half leg for the same price. Pretty much all meat expect for a 70-100 gram bone.

  If you have skill with a knife they're very easy to break down and separate the muscle.

  Only issue is where the Bare
