  "The coupon code you have provided is invalid." I presume because as you say in your description "You will need to log in with the same email address, which you have received this email on." So only you can use this code.

  I got the same email from dealsdirect with the same code so I doubt if it is personalised. You may have to be registered on their site for it to work? I have not tried it myself as there is nothing I want at the moment from them.

    I'm registered with DealsDirect, didn't get the email (don't think I subscribe so guess that explains that) but after logging in and selecting an item, the code didn't work for me :-(

      I am registered, so I guess the code only works for those members that got the e-mail.

  If this code is for those who have registered and received this email, then what's the point to

  If I received the email, I will know that I can use this code with free shipping, but all others ozbargain
  members who without received that email are not able to use code.

  This is the response I received from the Live Help Centre:

  "I'm sorry but i will not be able to check on this for you as we are experiencing some technical difficulties here."

    I had a similar reply, something about them ('live' help) not being able to assist and directing me to the Customer Service Team. I'm still waiting for them to call me back. Will post an update if/when I hear from them.
