  • I've joined the last 3 backorder from Amazon. Never got anything , it's all refund after a while….
I did the same and expect the same thing to happen with this, however I keep ordering…

Or you could drink milk and get some sunlight….

    • -1

pretty much, i don't understand how or why people buy this.
just eat a balanced diet and you'll be fine.

    • What if you're lactose intolerant and study from sun up 'til sun down like me? :(

      • Find alternatives online

      • -2

You can buy lactose free milk or eat veggies or beans. Also I’m sure you can take a 5min break to be in the sun, vitamin D from the sun is very fast, you don’t need to be out in the sun for hours a day to get enough

    • -1

Maybe more than you think depending on cirumstances. According to the chart here: https://www.drstevenlin.com/optimize-vitamin-d-through-sun/ a senior standing in Seattle in long sleeves and pants without any smog or clouds needs 504 minutes to reach 1000 IU.

      • -2

Since we aren’t seniors living in Seattle fully dressed I doubt this applies. A basement dweller playing fortnight for months on end without leaving the house in Hobart is a different matter

        • Well your advice of 5 minutes being fine for everybody is rubbish, but enjoy lying out in the "sun" in shorts in winter time.

          • -1

@mogwai: Lying out in the sun in winter time in shorts is actually hot out of the wind. I’ve sunbaked in 0 deg temp

            • @UberIsCool: Well it is nice that you live in a world of perpetual sun, no wind, hot 0 degree days, or a long time to try get some vitamin D during cloudy/smoggy days, but not everybody does.

    • "No – 10 minutes per day of sun-UVB is NOT enough": https://vitamindwiki.com/No+%E2%80%93+10+minutes+per+day+of+…
