Is Molten going to discontinue GG and GL series? And replace them with the new design?

  Yes, the GLX will be replaced by the BG5000 Series which is available now. The GGX will be replaced by the BG4500 Series which is available in around 5 weeks.

    Just from the pictures those new balls look a lot better; you can actually see the texture/grain of the leather.
    
    The old models look plastic.
    
    and now with the bg5000 model there is actually now 2 full leather balls in the market.

      That's correct, Molten have returned the Leather to a genuine look and feel. This will vastly improve the control and moisture management in the new models.
