I have some doubts about those figures in the UK you can get unlimited data with free calls and text for as little as 20gbp per month which includes unlimited calls,text,tethering,and worldwide roaming.
Agree. I reckon this chart might have some "anomalies" in the underlying data.
FWIW I reckon the Aus data itself is skewed. I'm paying approximately $1 per GB on a Telstra plan … not exactly known for being at the cheap end of the scale!

That is totally wrong…
I had unlimited data and while it's technically 90元 CNY, $13.86 USD per month I was actually paying 27元 CNY $4 USD per month for 2 cards with unlimited data.
19元 CNY for the first card, 8元 CNY for the addon card which shares the unlimited data.
If it was $9.89 USD, 66元 CNY for 1 GB no one would pay it.
cool, no need to move countries for a better deal.
