Looks good, but how difficult to clean?
ya don't.. ya just pick off the ones you can see with a skewer or something.. then brush everything off! If you have a decent recipe.. shouldn't be much of an issue..
For the Phillips machines not too bad, most of the dies come with suitable pointy things to push the dough back then I just use a skewer to pull out the extra dough from the back of the die. The rest can be cleaned with a scrubbing brush. the secret is to put the pieces in water as soon as you finish to make sure it doesn’t set. You do get a bit of leftover dough which I put through my hand crank machine. I have a friend who uses it for soup dumplings.
we bought this for the in-laws and i think it was just a little too intimidating for them to really get good use out of. It's a first generation series…maybe I should offer to take it off their hands lol
Good price for these but, if you are looking for a pasta maker, I would consider the Philips ones. More expensive but so easy to use.
