2 weeks ago I bought something during the Easter sale where ShopBack were offering 12% cashback. However it only tracked for 4% instead of 12%. I emailed them about this and was told to wait up to 7 days for it to reflect on my account. This was more then a week ago and my order is still tracked at 4%. The advice in the email said to submit a missing cashback request but I can't find any option to provide more info, or specify that I should be getting 12%. This was for something really expensive as well.
Am I SOL or is there something I can do?
That happened for me with Groupon, they did give me the extra % but I also had taken a picture of my transaction (which was done through the app) at the time. I did get better response rates by going through the rep from here, gotyourback
