To promote the next expansion of Final Fantasy XIV, Shadowbringer, Square Enix has made the Heavensward expansion free for all owners of the base game.

  It will be included in "starter edition" from June 27th regardless (devs have confirmed)
  this is a good way to get a jump start and level through heavensward before June 27th :)

  Also note that base game is free to claim from twitch prime currently (not sure when it ends). You could just make a new amazon account with free trial of prime, then link to twitch account and claim the game.
