This is a subjective question; it also depends on your body chemistry - what smells good on one person won't necessarily smell good on the next person.
I've heard good thing about Creed Aventus
Completely agree.
Creed Aventus is really nice, for the ozbargainers that can justify its hefty rrp! (I use half price deodorant)Can second this. I've used it before - it's the fragrance of power and authority
Dior Sauvage is supposed to be a similar scent profile which is more affordable but I personally didn't think so - YMMV…
Mont Blanc Legend range cannot go wrong. Paco Rabanne has quite a few nice ones including 1 million, invictus and ultraviolet.
Creed and Tom Ford are the higher end premium choices.
+1 on Invictus
Lynx Africa baby!
Dior Sauvage is very nice and tops most lists - i have it.
yep this
but pricey
These aren’t at Ozbargain prices though but;
Versace - Dylan blue
Valentino - uomo
Chanel - bleu de ChanelMaybe I’m just a pretty boy 😂
wow youre back
how was the year long ban?
Welcome back, pretty boy.
Issey Miyake
agree, have been using them for last 15 years.
Paco Rabanne 1 Million

Sex Panther, its illegal in 9 countries
IMO - one of the thing to consider is the age of the perfume - chemist warehouse perfume can be 2+ year older. (i mean some brands smell completely different when it is old)
google search about perfume age finding tool. you will need to enter the number from the box to find the MFD.Britney Spears
🤦♀️
can't go wrong with Aqua Di Gio
Second
Chanel - Allure Homme Sport Eau Extrême
YSL - L'HommeGlen 20
Have a look at the Tom Ford range if you want high end.
For a more moderate price point, L'eau d'Issey at Chemist Warehouse.
Tom Ford - Tobacco Vanille, it is potent stuff and a real head turner
For a fresh scent can't go wrong with Acqua Di Gio or Creed AventusMen wear perfumes ?😃
Either that or beef curry.
What i mean is its cologne not perfume
I don't normally know what I sprayed as I tend to do it when no shop assistant around, so need to be in a very swift manner.
@tempura: cheapskate
Polo ralph red.
you cant go wrong with Armani :)
Armani Code specifically.
My daily is acqua di gio for men. My wife describes it "like a morning walk on a deserted beach on a warm summer day, with the soft breeze in your hair and the salty seawater taste on your lips"☺ But then my wife is a romantic. I like it because it smells clean and warm without being over-powering.
From time to time , I wear Sauvage. It sort of grows on you and its inoffensive enough. My wife did comment one time while I was wearing it, "you smell weird today. Not bad! But weird." 🤨
Put some Apple Cider Vinegar in a spray bottle and mist your body after showering in the morning.
Women can't resist the fresh smells of an orchard, and it doubles as as disinfectant.
Good Cheapies:
Nautica Voyage
Mont Blanc Individuel
Salvatore Ferragamo F BlackDesigners (mid range):
Dior Sauvage EDT (very popular and common scent however)
Yves Saint Laurent Y EDP
Chanel Allure Homme Sport Eau ExtremeCreed Green Irish Tweed
Natural sweat and musk from a hard day of being a productive member of society.
Better as an Eau de Parfum.
One of my wife's girlfriends, while travelling on a packed train on a hot summer afternoon, met her future husband. She said, "like everyone else on the train, he was sweaty but I didn't mind his scent. In fact, I found it quite arousing." She's a stunner and he's an average-looking bloke who is balding. The sex pheromone was strong in that one!
Your wife must be friends with mine.
You need to find a way to bottle some of that sweet, sweet scent of yours and share the love with your single mates and/or sell for a $$$.
the smoke from a bbq ;)
This is actually a good topic. Thanks Op and Ozb posters.
Creed, MEMO, Tom Ford
As well as being subjective, different colognes serve different purposes. Some are targeted towards colder months, some warmer, some daytime, some nighttime.
A really nice winter cologne I’ve found is Victor & Rolf Spicebomb Extreme. I don’t like original Spicebomb but I’ve had nothing but compliments from Extreme
YSL - L'Homme NUIT
I quite like this and not many people use it, unlike 1 million and acqua di gi.

I'm a guy, I use lynx dark temptation, because I'm a sexy hot beast and the lady's love it!
